PMA CELEBRATES ANNUAL MARKIES AWARD WINNERS

Bowling Green, Ky.—November 20, 2019—The Professional Marketing Association of Bowling Green (PMA) held its premier annual event at Mariah’s Restaurant last night. The 2019 Markies Awards honored PMA members who excelled in their profession and created exceptional work across 12 categories.

“We like recognizing all the hard work our members put into their marketing throughout the year. We also use it as a learning opportunity to share ideas and learn from one another,” Katie Ellison, current PMA President, said.

 

More than 80 entries were received and awards were given for Silver and Gold. Congratulations to the 2019 Markies Awards winners in their categories.

Three awards were also presented in unique categories:

-Best of Show: National Corvette Museum’s Elfi’s Silver Pearl Sisterhood brochure

-Most Innovative: Imagewest’s rebrand of the International Center of Kentucky

-Marketer of the Year: Telia Butler, Director of Sales, Courtyard Marriott Bowling Green

 

The event was sponsored by Vid Monster Productions, the Bowling Green Area Lodging Association, Gerald Printing, Mariah’s Restaurant, Bowling Green Young Professionals, Conundrum Workshop and Barbara Stewart Interiors.

PMA is made of over 70 members and conducts monthly professional development and networking lunches about sharing the latest marketing trends.
